Doing well to keep the pandemic health and safety standards. Generally spacious space to allow for enough distancing. Good post holiday season discounts on major brands.
Items are expensive so best left for special occasions but I still enjoy window shopping when I'm here. : I have bought really nice wedding gifts here but again, overpriced compared to other stores.
They have some very good staff, being there for years.
Went through Macy's to get to the mall. It was nice, but I feel like department stores became impractical 15 years ago.
The customer service woman that I worked with she was so nice. Very welcoming and I felt so comfortable in the store because of her. A shop online for Macy's and they have a great return policy. They let you return your online items in store and they always have great deals online
They don't care about anyone that wears plus sized clothing. They stopped carrying plus sizes in the store. I will not shop here
