Sure wish I could remember that name of the lady at the Jewelry counter. So, very kind, helpful and patient. She really helped me make an excellent choice in jewelry for my grandsons gifts. One I got a very beautiful rope chain on early black Friday price with a diamond jewelry select for 24.99, very nice selection. Then she helped me pick out a birthday present for my other grandson. Then she suggested some beautiful chains for me. What impressed me most she didn't push me into a price I wasnt comfortable with, she first suggested some pieces that were advertised for early black Friday. Loved her patience with me especially when she was explaining ordering online for delivery. A really great experience shopping there.

Regarding customer service at Estée Lauder. First off, if you are sick and have very visible runny nose, please use tissue and not your hand to wipe it before grabbing the product asked for. Second, if the out of the box/displayed jar of $120 creme is the last one you have left but you’re trying to sell it to your customer, please at least offer to wipe the finger prints off of the top and the residue that’s crusted on the side of the jar instead of repeating yourself over and over that it’s never been used. Common sense is required for customer service.

This store is interesting. It's a full-size Macy's, but it seems to have a much smaller selection of certain items for dudes, like shoes. Still, no complaints. It's clean and the staff is nice.

Had to find shoes or boots for a Christmas dinner. Was pretty set on boots cause that's my normal. The wonderful lady in there helped me so much found a couple pairs of shoes that I was happy with that went wonderfully with the outfits.

I can see why retail is dead. They have nothing in stock. I had hoped to buy a new bedset but they literally had 2-3 styles in stock. While online has more options and styles. I like to feel the fabric and see the actual color/pattern as online images dont reflect the correct colors.

This Macy’s is the best kept secret of Northfield. After visiting many of the Macy’s throughout the Denver Metro area, we finally stopped here as a last resort and we’re pleasantly surprised. This Macy’s is well stocked, organized, and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. Next time we need to go to Macy’s we’ll be driving to Northfield. Great experience. Would return & recommend.

The Northfield store is the most convenient. Parking is always great! You do not have to go through the entire mall to get to them. Just pull up...

Macy always has sales items, accessories, products. I just pick out winter outer wear. Awesomeness The young lady in the Mens' was awesome & nonchalant.

This place is so sad. There is no merchandise. There are empty floor space everywhere and It looks like it's closing even though the employees will tell you it's not. Macy's corporate needs to get here as soon as possible. All you see are broken fixtures no name brands and one rack of shirts here and there but nothing special . Save yourself a trip and don't come to this one
