It was a great experience the sales woman was helpful and pleasant I didn't know what I was going to buy for my wife's birthday but she help through that decision showing the many options that were available. I would recommend this location to everyone it was truly a pleasant experience.

Accessed from the parking or from within Concord Mall.  This is a two level store with escalators. I've never noticed an elevator but am unsure if they have one.  Tidy store and helpful staff.

I came here to buy a lipstick and a lipliner. I waited at Lancôme for someone to help me out, but couldn’t locate anyone. Went to Mac, but no one was there, so I helped myself. Ready to pay, waited more, but realized that I’ve been at that store for over an hour, mostly waiting for someone to be available to help. I ended up leaving w/o my lipstick & lip liner because I had to leave.

Much more organized then the other stores. Really fun to shop here. Staff is really supportive at times. Only issue that really bug me is there have been quite a few times when no one is at the counter for billing/checkout. And even though checkout counters are located across the store nobody is there to stand behind. Love the items on the 1st and 2nd floor. Last act is clearly marked unlike other stores where it’s super hard to find. If u play Pokémon go 1 Gym and few poke stops around the store.

I visited the store on a Monday evening in July. The store was empty of other shoppers which was nice. I was asked by 2 associates while walking in the store if I needed assistance. Inventory of everything was light. One of the associates said they were expecting shipments to arrive soon. I will go back.  The clothing areas were clean and organized.

I like Macy's, problem is.  When I  take my card I never find anything when they are having a "sale".  Seems anything I want in my size is the only merch sold out.  Shoes or clothes.

There is a new rare gem is a Sales Associate in the shoe department. I stopped by this past Thursday at 2 and she was so helpful that I walked out with 3 pairs of shoes!

This Macy’s is simply going through the motions. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Macy’s in all the years I’ve been shopping with them at various locations around the country. Racks are spread way out and are mostly empty or lacking the appropriate diversity of sizes one comes to expect. It’s kind of sad. This store in particular seems to be waiting for it's doors to close. They should just do it and put shoppers and staff out of their misery.

One of my all time favorite Macy’s locations! They don’t make department stores like this anymore. Very retro!
