Love, love this Macy's. Always enjoy meeting and talking to the ladies in defferent department. They are all friendly and eager to help.

I went to Macy’s in Cherry Hill and did my holiday shopping this year. I was a little reluctant to go out during COVID but my sales representative, Lian, made the experience worthwhile. She was super patient, friendly and helped me decide on the perfect gifts for my family and a very special friend. It was a pleasant trip.

Great store and neat displays but their formal wear is absolute overkill in price, and I wasn't able to find an affordable dress for homecoming.

They always have specials. The staff is always nice and the have good quality name brand clothes. The also have cheaper brands. I love shopping here. Be sure to get your coupons before you come in. Sometimes they have them at the register.

Only interested in helping the high end customers. I was in jeans and a tee shirt, and was COMPLETED ignored by sales people falling all over the better dressed people. When I finally asked "am I invisible, I've been wsiting" the sales person rolled her eyes but came over, I walked out and spent my money elsewhere.
