Macy's Watch and Jewelry Repair

The big local guy working here should not be in any customer facing role. He doesn't know how to acknowledge people, don't respond to questions in remotely professional fashion and show no appreciation of getting the business. Would not come here again.

Asked the man and woman employees about getting a new watch band for my Casio digital watch, they said because it's a special band they don't sell similar kinds. That it might be a better idea to buy a new watch unless "I'm attached to this watch." The selection of bands on display led me to think they repair expensive brands, and the coupon that often runs in the Star Advertiser is for repairs not watch batteries or band replacement.

Never repair your watch here because the repairmanHawaiian doesn't even know what the second hand is and the way they treat their guests is so rude. Also they charged me $51 to change the battery for a watch. It's amazing how such ignorant and rude people do business dealing with customers.
