I hate buying jeans. It never feels good. I walked into Madewell Harbor East and the experience was great from the second I walked in. Gabrielle H brought me numerous different cuts in various sizes and was my own hype girl. She helped come up with styling ideas and explained why finding a good fitting jean is so difficult. I left and purchased 2 pair, Gabrielle assisted me throughout the checkout process and informed me that if I brought in old jeans to donate I could received 20% off a new pair. She put my order on hold for me while I went home to get some donations. Great experience! I'll recommend madewell to all of my friends bc of her.

One of the best stores in Harbor East. The staff and the service they provide is always excellent. I had a great visit a week ago. Sydney and Gabrielle were so helpful and welcoming! They have great styling tips and ideas.

Gabrielle is a jean-fitting queen. She spent so much time with my friends and I as we tried on jean after jean, and we all walked away so pleased with her recommendations. If you need a hype woman to help you shop, she’s your gal!

Nicest stuff ever! they kept the shop opened while we were still deciding without a single complain! really good quality clothes and amazing prices on sales!

Stopped by because I had completely changed jean sizes thanks to my quarantine lifestyle. And I'm telling you - these Madewell ladies KNEW. THEIR. STUFF! They helped me pick out the most flattering cut and worked with me on sizing, wash, and length. Literally, so helpful and so nice!

Always friendly, but never pushy, didn't gawk over my service dog. Great selection for petite size women, best denim in the city.
