As always, this was an exceptional experience. All staff are fantastic. In particular, Dr. Jeffries is simply the best. Ever. My husband has severe anxiety, and she is the ONLY dentist who can attend to his extensive needs. This is simply the best as far as competency and quality of service.

This was my first visit to the practice, but I think I have found my new forever dental care team! The online procedure was easy and efficient, check-in went smoothly, the office is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the team is amazing! Both my hygienist and Dr. Jeffrey were wonderful. Very happy with the overall experience.

I was referred to Madison Dental PC by patients of the clinic who reported the doctors were gentle, patient, and appeared to be trauma-informed. I reached out to them to schedule an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction and the front desk looked up my insurance, quoted me a price, and scheduled my appointment for the extraction. When I got to the clinic, I found out that I was going to be billed three times the price I'd been quoted. The amount wasn't outrageous and the front desk staff was apologetic that I had been quoted the wrong amount, at the same time, it was frustrating and from a glance at other reviews I can see that billing appears to be more than an isolated issue at this clinic. While I would've been able to overlook the billing issue, my experience with the oral surgeon Dr. Rosa was negative to the point where I would not recommend this clinic. I'm not certain if Dr. Rosa read my paperwork but I clearly identified myself as someone who has experienced dental trauma and listed how high my anxiety was regarding this procedure they have very specific questions about this on the paperwork. Though this was on my form, he popped into the room and gave me two Novocaine injections, disappeared for a while, and then popped back into the room prepared to extract my tooth. I let him know that 1 I have never had dental procedures with only two shots of novocaine as that is never sufficient to fully numb all the sensation and 2 I could still feel sensation in my mouth. I requested another shot and despite me communicating my concerns and what I needed, he stood over me telling me that another shot wasn't going to make me any number, that if my lips and tongue felt numb that was good enough, and that I didn't need another shot. Then he took one of the instruments and put it in my mouth to "show me" that there was no sensation there except when he poked me with it, I could feel it and it hurt. Only then did he give me another injection. I started crying and he was dismissive, commenting that I need to just reschedule my appointment so that I could be given a sedative. One of the techs did intervene at that point and inform him that I was crying because I was anxious and had been anxious about the procedure the entire time. This is something he would have known had he 1 read my paperwork, 2 asked me, and 3 listened to what I was saying to him. The tech comforted me and I was able to go forward. The procedure was relatively quick but the interaction with the doctor was so negative that it is what stands out the most about the experience. No matter my communicating with him about my needs I'd also informed him the prescriptions I've been given in the past after dental procedures and he insisted I wouldn't need any of them and they wouldn't work for me in spite of them working in the past when I had my wisdom teeth up top removed, he just didn't listen. Throughout my experience with this doctor, I just was not heard. There may be certain patients this doctor will listen to - I was not one of them. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone who wants to have the experience of being heard.

Words can’t express how wonderful this place is. From start to finish this is by far the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone here is super nice, friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for an exceptional dentist in NYC, then this is the place. Highly recommend Dr.Okan and Dr. Seong. They are wonderful! However, much of the credit goes to their staff, whom go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable. Would give 6 stars if could.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ribalt and her staff since late 2015 and I would never go anywhere else. Her staff is great. I always feel welcome. They have excellent attention to detail during the cleanings. They’re very kind and professional. Dr. Ribalt is hands down my favorite dentist. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and does her best to find the treatment that’s best for you. She’ll remain my dentist as long as I live in NYC.

I am so blessed my dear friend referred me to this clinic. The place is immaculate and very nice. I also feel safe knowing they adhere to covid protocols. The whole team is so friendly and accommodating. Dixie makes sure that I get my appointments during weekends as I work most of the weekdays. She is the sweetest. Lastly, I would like to say that I have never been so happy being taken cared of by Dr Seoung. She even came on her off day just to see me and do my dental work. She also genuinely cares about my well being and for that I am so grateful. She is amazing. I can’t thank her enough.

I was visiting NY and a crown came loose. The staff was very professional and accommodating to get me an apt. Dr Seong and Alexandra are top notch and make going to the dentist enjoyable. I wish they were in my home town! A great group that I would highly recommend.

Best dentist and dental office experience I’ve ever had Efficiently run, great staff, knowledgeable and kind professionals Dr Okon is amazing both as a dentist and as a person He seems to only hire wonderful people. I had root canal done there. The specialist can do root canal on me anytime. So sensitive, kind, and proficient. Thank god I found them

Best dental experience! I’ve been going to Dr Okon for years and Dr Susan! I always feel relaxed and leave with little to no pain whether I’m there for a deep cleaning or dealing with something more severe like a infected cavity.

This is an awesome place! Dr. Jerfferies and the entire staff have helped me with several fillings, tooth whitening, and with adult invisilign. Everyone here is top notch and the atmosphere is really nice and friendly. By far the best dentist I’ve been to.
