Incredible customer service! I was in the market for a very specific watch and was put in touch with Madison Jewelers. The owner of the store was very responsive and personable. He was able to meet me on his day off while I was in VA Beach from out of town. Amazing product and I highly recommend Madison Jewelers. I will be the first to refer Madison Jewelers to anyone in the market for quality jewelry and will be a return customer myself.

Found Madison Jewelers on Google while looking for a place to get my moms custom gold heart pendant altered. We were greeted immediately as we walked in and the repair took less than 10 minutes. This was a big change from the service we received at another local jeweler just the day before. Along with the repair we also had the opportunity to purchase a 2021 Rolex watch which has been impossible to find through other means. Overall just fantastic place with super friendly staff. Highly recommended and will be visiting on a regular basis from now on!

Madison Jewelers is the best. I went in with a memory bracelet that was made for the loss of my Daughter that I've had for 9 years the band broke and I couldn't find a new band for it so I took it in to see if they could help me and Madison went out of her way and found me one that was much nicer than the one that was on it. This really meant a lot to me and my wife I would strongly recommend them to anyone I give them 5 only because that's the most you can give. You are the Best
