Madison on 16th Apartments

ANGIE IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HELPFUL AND THOUGHTFUL COMPLEX MANAGER I'VE EVER HAD THE PLEASUTE OF KNOWING. SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO TO LIVE. GREAT VIEWS. GREAT MANAGEMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I spent a year at Madison on 16th and enjoyed my time there. It's a quiet community and many of my neighbors kept to themselves but I couldn't complain. The building is a bit older but overall the area is kept clean and maintained.

Very well maintained! Very friendly to pets! Manager is very outgoing in 1 of the nice property she handles! Apartments well taken care of and in a gated community.

Very small. The patio makes up for it. Too many very dark spots around the stairs and pool. I love pit bulls but not in apartments. All of this could be handled by a tenants committee....if anyone cared.

I HATE it here. The maintenance and repairs are slow or non existent. My electric bill is the Highest that I have ever had, due to a fault A/C unit. The laundry room is a nightmare..The community poorly lit. I wish I could find out who rented my unit prior to me. I'm in 208.
