I recently purchased a home via Madison Settlement Services. Although my assisting agent with the company was pleasant enough, ALL of my personal information was left exposed and unattended on their office front desk for everyone to see for an unspecified amount of time. I went to the office to sign a missed document and found my paperwork sitting on the table! This incident caused great anxiety and uncertainty for me! The front office staff person, when she came from the back to the front desk area appeared unconcerned by frustration. My assisting agent at Madison Settlement Services did take responsibility for her mistake and apologized. I requested Madison Settlement Services purchase, for me, a one year subscription of identity theft protection. They agreed to my request and purchased a plan for one year.

Immaculate services. Both quick and informative, a rare combination in a settlement situation. I definitely recommend using Madison.
