Sydney took great care of us and helped us make great selections. We enjoyed tacos and the chicken and biscuit. Best biscuit I've had in awhile and THE BEST chicken! So juicy and the breading was delicious! We were very happy with our choices. The live music was enjoyable too. Great service outside and they were very busy on a Saturday morning. It sure seems like you can't make a bad choice here.
A client of mine had a show here at this venue and it was a blast. The staff are super friendly and prompt. The venue is set up really well. They do kick you out if you haven’t paid for multiple shows. But that’s a good thing. The food is REALLY good too. Not your typical bar food.
Best live music venue I’ve been to with awesome sound quality. They were hosting a School of Rock Tour concert for teenage musicians and they treated the event like it was The Rolling Stones in the building! I’m big about the music production quality that venues provide and I was blown away. Staff and sound people were amazing as was the food. Makes me want to move to the area just to come here on a daily basis. Professionals here to the max!
Excellent food and service! We ate here for the first time tonight and we were really impressed. It was a pleasant evening so we ate on the patio and had a great time interacting with all the other dog people. Everything we had was superb - hot, fresh and super tasty. The shrimp for the appetizer were huge and just the right amount of spice. I’m not a fan of fried green tomatoes but these are likely the best I’ve ever tried. The sandwiches were all a healthy size and of course the freshly cut french fries were divine. My wife’s chicken dish was really nice - deep fried with a honey coating. We finished it up with excellent desserts and we all left happy.
Great night at MadLife watching the "Bryce Leatherwood Band". Our party enjoyed dinner in the restaurant prior to the show. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and a joy to be served by her. The venue is the perfect atmosphere to enjoy live music, sound was good, ambiance was good and table service for drinks is a huge bonus. Highly recommend, and we will return.
Awesome small intimate venue for an amazing show! Wait staff was pretty attentive given the house was packed! Drinks were good, menu items seemed reasonable. The grilled pimento cheese sandwich was quite tasty! I would definitely see shows there again!
Great place to listen to some tune and grab a cocktail. Prices are a high on their drinks and when you order a shot of tequila. It doesn't come in a shot glass, just a drink glass. So you have no idea if your getting what you really paid for.
This is an actual recording studio with a sound stage and a medium sized area for seating. It's been repurposed to serve food and drinks. So... they have live performances from various bands. In this case, the band was "Mad Margrith" - an 80's rock & hair metal cover band. The food was good, the show was good, and I will go again. One thing that really impressed me was that the band was so good that my phone identified a few titles as the original song and artist. Not all of them, of course, but even one was a first!
Service was good not amazing, not bad. Food was about the same. Husband's pimento grilled cheese was pretty flavorless and watery from the tomato. My grilled chicken sandwich was thin and overcooked. My fave of the evening was fried green tomatoes app. The house fries were not my taste, and I wouldn't order them again. Loved the atmosphere outside, and the band tonight was great - played all the jams! Used a Groupon which made it more affordable.
We had a blast at this venue last night - returning tonight for another show and will put it on our list of favorite places to go. Very kind people - from the valet to the wait staff to the owner. Thanks for having a great live music venue and for booking quality bands!
