Madrid's Pit Stop

I’m sorry that Mr. Madrid decided to retire, but he deserved it. This was one of the last remaining truly honest mechanics in Las Vegas. Mr. Madrid was old school and treated you right. Straight forward and never tried to up sale you on anything. This was a garage like you remember from your childhood. Nothing fancy, but they did have modern diagnostic equipment etc. so you could be sure they did the job right the first time. His prices were more than fair and you were supporting a locally owned shop. Doesn't get any better than this place and I miss taking my vehicles there.

Great mechanic! He never tries to sale you additional work and I have brought several cars here always quick and best prices too! Went to a tire works for oil change and they tell me I need 700 in repair and broken axle. Ofcourse took to my mechanic who said none of that was required!

This guy does great work, is extremely fair in his pricing, and really takes care of you. I've had two major repairs done by his shop and I now won't go anywhere else. Went to Midas and was quoted $700 to fix my radiator and Robert Madrid cut that in half! Please give this good ol' boy your business if you need repairs done. He won't screw with you and he runs a no-nonsense shop! Thank's guys! :0

Back in Las Vegas after 4 years away and glad to see Madrid's was still going strong. I just bought a used VW and took it straight here to get an honest affordable check over. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves all the recommendations it receives. Great honest mechanic.

Been with the Pit Stop for over twenty years; mostly dealing with older cars....Robert and his crew has kept them running. Fair, honest and no BS is the way I would describe my time with the 'Pit Stop. If there was a plus to be added after the fifth stary, I would.

My whole family goes to Pit Stop for our car care. They have always explained everything and are fairly priced. We will never go anywhere else.

ROBERT WORKS HARD TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS HAVE RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE SERVICE. I HAVE SEEN FIRST HAND, CUSTOMERS COME IN WITH ESTIMATES FROM OTHER PLACES, INCLUDING THE DEALER, THAT ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND DISHONEST. ROBERT WON'T SELL YOU WORK YOU DON'T NEED, AND HE ALWAYS CHARGES A FAIR PRICE FOR HIS WORK.
