First to move into one of the new apartments. was told construction on the new site wouldn't start until the next year. Being a quiet corner I was excited. Within 30 days, they were clearing the way and construction was starting. There have been constant trucks blocking driveways and parking, garbage surrounding the properties, and noise 6 days a week. On top of everything, the quality of the apartment is not worth the price. If you are considering moving here, take your time in each room and go around the edges of the doors and windows, some are bowed and some are cracking. Update: it's been 2 months since I posted. The construction has completed on this corner, but started again on the next. We move here a year ago because of the wooded quietness and haven't had peace since.

The office might be a decent place, but they have a girl there that has to be removed. She has no sense of hospitality nor good manners with tenants. On moving day, I've asked her to send someone to fix our toilet and door, and It's been a week since and no one came. I think I'll go straight to the manager next time and skip her attitude.

If I could give a no star rating I would. Attention if you are in the Fayetteville area and are interested in Candle Light Apartments I suggest you run away. The buildings are old and half way kept. The walls are so thin living in a downstairs aparment is the worst nightmare of your life. They also do a pathetic pest spray every 4 months which is useless when the bugs are living INSIDE the walls. I had been in my apartment the only 2 times they came to spray and never witnessed any spraying. When spring came I had the loveliest ant farm in my kitchen and was forced to self treat because anything past their pathetic "complementary spray was tenants responsibility." Also TIPS TIPS TIPS! Don't forget when you move out to re paint all of your walls to avoid $100 painting fee. Make sure to remove all of their delicate dollar tree blind sets when you move in so you can avoid their $50 blind set replacement fee. A dollar tree stop is key to find $1 drip pans to replace all four so you avoid the $20 drip pan fee. You'd think a company like this is aware and prepared for normal wear and tear, but instead they choose to charge you for every little thing. If you're considering moving out I suggest you make no effort in cleaning or tiding up the property after all they care for nothing more than to rob you of your deposit. Yes, plenty of management companies pull the same stunts, but at least Lindsey management has made something of that money like remodeling kitchens and restoring carpets. Hopefully a company like this is considering a remodel especially if they expect to find tenants to occupy their distasteful properties.This is the worst experience I've ever had and I've lived in the area for 15 years.

Nothing was repaired from the previous tennants when we moved in a year ago. The doors don't close properly and must be forced open and shut, and some won't remain shut and just go open when the wind blows. We had to fix both of the toilets. They moved some meth heads in next door. We knew for a fact they were meth heads when the Washington County Sheriffs came and evicted them with a no trespass sign on the door. All of that aside we couldn't afford the deposits on a new place so when we spoke to them about renewing the lease they let us know we'd get to pay pay more for the privilege of living here.
