Melissa is so sweet! The salon itself is very cute and welcoming. It’s bright and clean. She washed her hands when I got there and her workspace is tidy with a hook to hang your stuff! This was my first wax EVER! Melissa made me feel at ease and told me everything she would do before she did it.
