Magic Beans

My wife and I had two wonderful purchasing experiences with Magic Beans. Our first visit was to test out strollers. We came in with a pretty significant list of requirements for what we were looking for. Someone helped us with patience and kindness. She had lots of good advice and suggestions but also gave us space to make decisions on our own. We returned a few months later and purchased a swivel rocking chair. Again, both women we talked with were incredibly kind and helpful.

My experience with this store was absolutely delightful!! I was looking for a stroller for specific needs. They discussed with me my needs and helped me decide on exactly what would be best for me. They even went out of their way to get me the color of the product I wanted at an earlier date. The service department was not only educated in the items they sell, but they were more than happy to spend time on the phone helping me and answering questions. What a delightful experience!! I cannot recommend this store highly enough. I would definitely return to purchase from them in the future!

I can never had such a nice experience. Staff members are very pleasant and not annoying. They are always around to help but they never showed too much, so you feel comfortable. I felt how much they care about every customer. They have huge selection of strollers and toys and they were happy to show all of them. We didn't buy any stroller but manager gently asked our opinion. I will be back here.

I had such a positive experience with Magic Beans. I live about 2 hours from the CT store but was willing to drive there for a car seat that I wanted and had a hard time finding locally. Not only was their selection better than a competitor that likes to say buy to babies but they also had a promotional item free with this car seat. I spoke to someone there to have them hold the seat before driving all the way and when I went to the store 2 days later, the saleswoman knew exactly who I was and what item I needed. Mind you, they were having a sidewalk sale in the town and the store was PACKED! You could tell they were slammed but she gave me all the help I needed and even made sure the promo item which had to be shipped from the warehouse was sent to me. I will definitely make the drive out there again just for the great customer service.

A sour shopping experience: We drove an hour to get to this shop. We had specific items in mind so I had called them in advance to check availability. They did have what I wanted but the bad part was their customer service. While one customer rep. told me I could try the winter gear on my child before buying it, another one after few minutes walks up to me and says " What are you doing??" and when I explained to her, she gave me a suspicious look. While I continued shopping, at one point they wanted me to leave my basket at the counter. For what, I don't know. I wouldn't recommend this store and would not return. They didn't show any courtesy.

George was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. With so many options for strollers, car seats, and more it was great to speak to someone who knew so much and made it easy to understand. Thank you George!

I don’t recommend this store! the people who work there attend very poorly, the store is closing and they told us that we could only buy the baby stroller and the baby chair from May 19 and we arrived at the most unproductive education they decided that still They would not sell them for now. They made us wait 3 weeks. There is a reason the store is closing. Bed local service!!!

Closed even that the website said its open.
