Magic Car Wash

Bought a monthly subscription for unlimited wash. Would be nice if I could get a wash done but no. They have been closed everytime I’ve gone. It will rain for 10 mins in the morning then they close for the whole day. I’ve gone 4 times in the past 2 weeks and they have been closed each time. With not a drop of rain in sight. Waste of money. The first and only time I was able to get a wash when I signed up. Truck came out top half clean and bottom half looked like it wasn’t even touched. Go the next day… closed

Probably okay to go here when you car just needs a regular bath. Spent $40 on a single wash. Supposedly they most premium options and came out disappointed. I guess the difference between regular and the extra super premium is just a sucker like me who would pay the extra money to be duped

As the name is the same, I thought it was the same as the Newark location but it was a total waste of money. All the buttons of my car have been pushed with lots of errors. The windshield is not touched, The car is dirty. And also the seatbelt was on without a person, I did not realize and when I sat, I hurt my belly hard. I will avoid this location for sure. Oh! I forgot to say that they also broke my wireless charger. It is not moving: Service time: Monday 21st August 8.50AM

Not a fan. Paid $35 obviously as charity, because I did not get the service I expected. The employees are more interested in talking to each other than doing work. I had to ask for one of the workers to actually wipe down my middle console...it wasn't touched. They don't dry the car properly which has left my windows looking horrible. They also didn't wipe down my dash. Not sure what they have in those spray bottles but it's not to use on the cars. Not impressed, I'll pass next time so should you

Deceitful business! Have been to magic many times. Today I stopped to have my truck washed and paid for the wash at the kiosk. On the kiosk there are options to pick your choice of wash. One of the choices is Regular wash with interior and vacuum. Another is the ultimate interior WHICH includes Regular wash. It doesn't say "regular exterior" it states regular wash. When my truck exited the wash the detail crew outside only dried the exterior and never did any of the interior. When I questioned why the interior wasn't done the detailer brought over an individual named "Dan". He said that it's clear on the kiosk that I paid for an exterior only. 25.00 is the cost of a regular wash which includes the windows and dash and vacuum. 25.00 is also the cost of the exterior ultimate to include the regular wash. It doesn't state that the regular wash is an exterior only.either way Dan was in no way helpful and in fact rude. He said pay me 10 bucks and I'll have it done. I would stay far away from this car wash. Rude service customer is never right.

Went to Magic Carwash on Naamans Road for the first time because of interior services. Paid $25 forthe Premium package. Very poor service for price. I could have gotten a quality exterior carwash closer to home and much cheaper. Following the wash. exterior windows on passenger side of car were totally smudged and filmy as was the side view mirror I told attendant who resprayed and rewiped the windows. Windows were just as smudged. Cleaning cloths were obviously dirty. Inside rear window was not cleaned. Interior windshield also had smudges. Totally dissatisfied.

I was there today to wash my car. I choose the top service of $34.95. They supposed to vacuum and wipe inside. They didn’t even vacuum half the car, they just touched the seats with the vacuum nozzle in two or three spot and that’s it and the same thing with the wipe. I tip them $20. I showed them that I was tipping $20. Still when I got in the car, I was surprised to see the dirty car. Not cleaned even the basic. It was so upsetting that I didn’t even say a word. Just left the place and cleaned it my-self at home.

Paid $35 for "Full service" car wash+wax, vacuum, wheels and tires. Photos don't clearly show all of the fuzz, dirt and stuff left over after they were "finished". Taking it home to do it right.

Feel guilty sending my car through a tunnel wash because you get dirt that rubbed off of other cars damaging your clear coat, but my paint doesn't seem worse for wear. Shiny and clean exterior, the service was also performed very quickly and by hardworking employees. Just make sure any loose panels such as tow hook covers are taped down or taken out so that water jets don't eject them off of your car.
