The experience was quick, easy, and affordable. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did the full touch up which was two sessions, about a hour long. At first I was hesitant since this was my first time getting my teeth whitened, but after seeing the results I would definitely come back. My teeth are easily a few shades whiter. Also, after your first visit, they are offering a free express touch up for those who rate and share their experience online. I would definitely recommend going to Magic Smile.

My experience at Magic Smile was extremely pleasant. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The technitian who performed my procedure was professional and polite, thoroughly explained what I should expect and made me feel comfortable by talking me through the process. My teeth are sensitive and I usually do not have positive experiences during any oral procedures; however, the procedure was painless and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I am no longer embarrassed by my smile, I show it off any chance I get. I will absolutely be returning here for any treatment I need in the future and recommend Magic Smile to anyone looking for teeth whitening!

I have gotten my teeth whitened in the past, but this experience was very different. The tech is very lovely, but the place is not at all how I expected or what I am used to from my last professional experience. Very small space; rooms have no doors, instead have curtains for privacy with make shift spitting bowls b/c there are no sinks. You can hear how the customer next door to you is fairing during the whitening process which will either freak you out or make you paranoid. I was burned by the gels. Got a blister on my lip during the first session I had 3 in total blister went down by the time I got home. My gums faired worse. They were raw & red & are still this way I got my teeth whitened yesterday which made brushing excrutiating. In the office I saw results, but by the time I got home my teeth look how they did before I got them whitened! The next day people told me they see no difference. My teeth were pretty white to begin with because I whiten at home every 6 months. I guess you only see real results if you have never whitened your teeth in life. Not worth the money! I could've saved myself the pain & money & whitened at home with a kit w/ trays from my dentist for $100. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

Having been to Magic Smile once before, I did not hesitate to decide I would be a returning customer for when I wanted my teeth whitened again. The staff both times, have been pleasant and accommodating in my nervousness about sensitive teeth and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The offices provide a calming environment from the chairs to the option to listen to music of my choice. That, in addition to the professionalism and carefulness of the staff all contribute to a very pleasant -and pain free!- experience all around. Having been offered a free Express touch up service for me to express my experience with Magic Smile was just the cherry on top!

WOW! That was easy and super satisfactory. I had never gotten a professional teeth whitening before Magic Smile and was nervous about the potential pain but not only was it painless but I was super happy with the results. I did teeth whitening first time at Magic Smile and I gotta say I love the results. The office is clean, the appointment was on time, the lady that did my teeth was very kind and informative, she answered all my questions with patience. My teeth are about 4 shades whiter after 2 sessions. It was definitely worth every penny. I'll be back for sure.

I was in NYC on a vacation for 3 weeks and decided to get my teeth whiter. My friends who live here recommend them because of their affordable prices and excellent results. It was very easy to make an appointment and I was explained what service to take on the phone. They have 2 locations but the Midtown one was very close to my hotel. It was my first time, so I did not know exactly what to expect. Now, few weeks later I can say that my teeth are definitely whiter and I receive a lot of compliments since I am back in Israel. I highly recommend the place for their service, good prices and excellent results. Very cost effective.

The one person who helped me was very sweet but didn't know what she was doing, she had to read the instructions on the box the whole time. My teeth were barely one shade lighter after the treatment. I got a much better result after doing an at home kit which is essentially what I was paying for with magic smile. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Most of the 5 star reviews are just for the free touch up, which probably won't help.
