Best Chinese you'll find in UAB hospital area. Servers are always attentive and polite, food is prepared very quick, and portion sizes are very generous. They even toss in a free egg roll at lunch time. A+ Edit 04/19/22 - Still best chinese in the UAB area, still great service.

It's one of the better Chinese restaurants in Birmingham, but that is honestly a low bar. I enjoy the house fried rice and beef with broccoli the most here. They have great service!

We shared Moo Goo Gai Pan, crab ragoons, and sweet and sour soup. The entree’s chicken had a great taste, as did the soup and crab ragoons. Glad we choose China Wok! The entree came with fried rice and a egg roll which could have been better but overall a great experience with fast service. Vegetarian options: There were about 5 vegetarian options on the menu

Look, this is not a world-class super gourmet Chinese restaurant so don't come in here with that mindset lol. Is it the best thing ever? No. That said, the food is still pretty good considering that it's cheap, and you get a massive serving that is easily enough for two people. Also super conveniently located right by UAB. I got the general tso chicken, girlfriend got the lo mein. We went during lunch so we got the lunch specials that come with fried rice and a fresh eggroll. Yes, even the lo mein comes with a side of rice which is hilarious because its a side of carbs with your carbs lol. Needless to say, we each only ate about half our dishes and took the rest to eat for dinner. It's like two meals in one haha. Give it a try!

Would have been 5 stars but crab Rangoon was over fried and so were crispy dumplings. Hot and sour soup was really goodFood: 4/5

If I could give a million stars I would because they deserve every one of them. Best Chinese food I have ever had. The orange chicken is absolutely AMAZING! Food is always super fresh! The rice, the chicken is perfect! The service is very quick and professional. The restaurant is always clean! I say eat here every chance you get! You won't be disappointed!

Prices went up quality went down. So disappointing because I spent $21 and my donuts were damn near burnt and tasted like they redropped them. I really want my money back. I want be making that drive anymore.

Food is delicious My favorite was the black pepper beef plate..you can order it spicy or regular. The first time I went here was with a group of coworkers. We were standing outside trying to decide if we wanted to eat here. Another customer had just walked out of Magic Wok and overheard us trying to decide and told us they had really good food here and that we should give it a try...so we did. This will be one restraunt I will miss when I head back to Texas.
