Magnified Vacations CruiseOne

Horrible experience. They were suppose to help us plan a magical Disney vacation. Instead we got stress, poor communication and the final failure, missed out on important fast passes. So much money spent on a vacation and they failed us. I can't even begin to express my disappointment. They are not experienced enough in Disney or, even more importantly, customer service, to plan a Disney vacation. Do not recommend them at all.

Stephanie did an amazing job with our upcoming cruise. She was willing to help and change direction with us. We really put her to task being patient with us while we made our decision.

We had the best experience in planning for our dream trip to Italy with the knowledgable staff at Magnified Vacations CruiseOne. Stephanie DeWeese was dedicated in meeting our desires, maintaining our budget and securing our comfort as international travel was new to us. It was a trip of a lifetime, except we hope to be able to do it all again!

Took great care of our family by getting us great overseas flight tickets and then when the airlines messed things up. Will and his team were there to help us get things straight.
