I have my own coffee mug got a coffee get to the register thought she was going to make me pour it out lol, the look of disgust on her face was worth it I guess lol.

This has to be the worst gas station in history. Shady ATM located outside and pay at pump usually doesn’t work. They do sell Campari for 16 and keep it refrigerated so might not know what it is. The management only pay attention to women. Many shady people hang out in the parking lot. Management did nothing when I told them a couple was trying to sell me stolen Amazon packages in the parking lot. No window washing equipment

They have a sign on the door that says you must wear a mask when you go into the store yet on multiple occasions the store clerk is not wearing one and many customers aren't either. Hey people, COVID, have you heard of it? It is still a thing. Plus often their pumps are broken.

Worst gas station for any female to attend. I was cursed by by owner and his son. Because he couldn't understand my English.

Now, this is NOT everybody's version of a 5 star Shell. The negative reviews are what give this place a beautiful color. Sure there are beggars and an assortment of other "entrepreneurs" selling various goods and services. Yes, one of the cashiers called me crazy...which may explain why the folks don't approach me more than to say hi. Where else can you get people to dance with you while at the cooler? Ohhhh the stories that bathroom could tell, and I have a few.

I can't go to this gas station without being approached outdoors by pushy beggars. The gas pumps and credit card slots are often broken. There are always some kind of shenanigans going on indoors and outside and somebody is making a scene or causing a disturbance. I feel like this is sketchy and substandard even for a sketchy area of New Orleans, and I have resolved to try and go elsewhere from now on even though this is located in a convenient place. But it's 24 hours a day so I'll give it two stars.

I was ripped off after spending 20 minutes unable to pay at the pump. Do not eat the fried chicken here. And do not get gas there. The pumps don’t work

Dear owner of this shell: please indicate which of your pumps are not working. I live right by this gas station so I would like to use it more often but Im so tired of playing the "which pumps are broken this time" game.
