Still working through the details of a horrible customer service moment. Staff was exceptionally rude: making a doctor's appointment upon my arrival; short-tempered when my turn came up; couldn't find my record in the system; told me to come tomorrow because she was closing. Her supervisor spoke with me by telephone. I believe this matter will be addressed. I don't begrudge a worker wanting to leave on time, but I believe in good customer service. Both could have been achieved with a different approach. I'm willing to accept her rudeness as being linked to her need for a doctor. Prayer up for her peace!

We went for dinner and the lady seated us on a table. First thing they didn’t even offer us napkins on the table until I asked for it. The food was not good at all, don’t go with high expectations of eating authentic Indian food. Moreover the hygiene of the restaurant is not good and I found a hair in my food. When told at the counter, the lady showed no regrets.

Cold food. Lot of items in the trays were out. The tandoory chicken tray was empty. There were only onions there. So I asked the management if they have more. They kept saying " it's coming, it's coming " Never came. Probably did not have any to mictovave and serve.. all I heard banging dishes and spoons from the back. Shame

They deliver! The family is very proud of their regional Indian cuisine, and it shows. The food is wonderful and layered. Just like any family restaurant, sometimes service is stretched. But it is always lovely, each time, and genuinely kind. It makes up for the fact that there is no brown rice. And with EAT 24, you can order online and even get delivery. Since Indian food is the best for a cold, being able to order lovely food and have it delivered is so decadent.

This is our go to Indian place. Love the food and variety, the lunch buffet is a fantastic deal for $9 even. 10/10 would recommend.
