My experience was excellent. I learned a lot of how the system works and patience was a key word mentioned in every call and email. It is very time consuming even though we didn’t go through the court process however with the EEOC was actually in my opinion not necessary because Casey did most of the work he pushed through and made the settlement happen it may have not been the amount I want even though I was very reasonable. With the EEOC you learn information but in the case from my view they didn’t help asking questions and stuff that had no relation to my case. As the negotiation process went the numbers were so far apart, but with all the work that Casey did, I did not want to leave there with nothing so I thank this law group for everything they did and going above and beyond. Hopefully I never have this situation again but if I do or someone looking for a referral definitely sending them here ! Casey knows his stuff beyond intelligent and informative

I consulted with Nisar Law Group on three separate occasions regarding my employment situation, which involved discrimination as a black mother. A white mother, who had success with them in her own case against her employer, referred me to them. Encouraged by her endorsement, I reached out to them. However, during our initial interaction, despite disclosing my experience of facing discrimination and being terminated from my job, they declined to take on my case, citing my employer's request for me to return. On my second attempt, they offered a different reason for not being able to represent me. The third time, I was referred by a lawyer from California, who highly praised Nisar Law Group and assured me of their ability to assist mothers like myself. Despite this recommendation, they again refused to take on my case. This inconsistent response starkly contrasts with the active promotion of their services on social media platforms, where they claim to offer assistance to everyone facing employment-related issues. However, my personal experience suggests that their online presence @NisarLawGroup may be more focused on attracting clients rather than genuinely providing legal support. Despite presenting evidence to support my claims, I was left without any legal assistance, leaving me questioning the credibility of their advertising and the reality of their services. Furthermore, discovering a similar experience shared by another black mother, Nia Rose, who left a comparable review just last month after finding them through TikTok, raises concerns about a potential pattern of not taking on cases from black mothers.
