My partner just received the flowers from her sister. I shop local flowers shops and these by far are the best. Full and fresh and received them the day they were ordered.

Worked here for 3 months and couldn’t take it anymore. The owner has a hoarding problem. The shop is filled with ants and rats and spiders. They do not fill their arrangements to money value and use the worst quality flowers. Please call OSHA. When you order online they send the extras to this shop. They have the phones on silence because of too many customer complaints. Please do not support this business.
Used From you flowers NEVER AGAIN!They used this florist to make a candy bouquet! Ordered the Deluxe one. Paid expedite fee for that day delivery, August 10th. Finally received on August 15th. They bouquet was embarrassing. It was in a purple plastic easter basket and it had 9 candy bars. $59.99 was the cost plus taxes and delivery fees. Such an disappointment for a very special occasion. I will NEVER USE either companies again!
My sister sent me a "bouquet" of orchids with other cute flowers for Christmas. They arrived on the 26th, ok, no big deal, but the orchids were upside down with stems facing upwards, so no water could get to them.The orchids' petals were crushed and wilted. I called to inquire about it and was told that they perhaps were damaged in the delivery car and that I could come in to their store to pick up new orchids. I was stunned as I felt I shouldn't have to go in to pick out flowers. Pathetic flowers, pathetic service. Do not order from this shop. Horrible.
I placed an order through fromyouflowers.com. They contract with vendors in the recipients local area. This is the company they used. First issue was that I had payed for expedited delivery by noon, local time, which did not happen. When I contacted customer service, I was told that, after speaking with Mai Flower Bill's, it would be delivered shortly. It wasn't delivered until 4 hours later, which is certainly not shortly. After it was delivered, upon opening the fruit basket, the recipients noticed spoiled fruit. For what this cost, the fruit should have been perfect. You will notice in the photo that it looks as if the pear was bitten into by an animal. Unacceptable. Shameful.
There's no rating lower than 1 star. As you can tell from the pictures, they do not deserve a star. I ordered a premium, not standard or deluxe, bouquet be sent and also paid the extra fee to have them delivered before 12p. 1 They were not delivered before noon delivered around 4p and 2 they look like weeds pulled from someone's backyard. I could've spent less and received a better arrangement purchasing a bouquet from the grocery store. This pot of weeds cost me $70 and the best they could do to make it right was refund me $8!!! So you're telling me the vase costs $62?!?! I am beyond pissed at this point. I would have been fine with a "make right" and them either refunding me the entire cost or actually putting together and delivering the bouquet that I ordered. I will make sure that none of my friends, acquaintances ever shop here and many of them are event/wedding planners.
My husband sent me flowers for my birthday to my work so i would be surprised. First of all, it was late and i had already left work 2 hours before it finally delivered. He had paid extra for it to be expedited and rushed also. Secondly, the arrangment looks no were near what the photo he sent me how it was suppose to look like. There was suppose to be lots of white roses and i got 2 yellow ones and finally the overall presentarion was just bad. I love that my husband surprised me with flowers but he was more disapointed then i was.
I ordered through flowershopping.com, who uses local florists. I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my coworker at the hospital we work at. I paid extra for a rush order before noon but by 1:30pm, it still hadn’t shown up. I called the customer service department at the website and they were very nice. They said they had been trying to reach this flower shop for several hours with no response. 20 minutes later, we finally got a message from our front desk staff that it had been delivered to an entirely different building and when we picked up the bouquet the men who were at the desk when it was dropped off said that the person who delivered it was extremely rude and they had said “If you can find them, give them the flowers. If not then you keep it.” I spent $90 on this order that we very nearly did not receive. The bouquet was lovely but I give 0 stars for this flower shop’s terrible customer service and delivery. Flower delivery to a hospital is quite common and they could have asked which building our department was in if they weren’t sure.
Have ordered through a third party service twice and this was the florist selected to fulfill the order both times. Do not recommend. The delivery agent was rude the first time rang the bell three times in succession and then began immediately knocking loudly, once I made it to the door to see what was the problem she brandished a huge flashlight at me and told me she couldn't see the number. Porch light was on, house is clearly labeled, and there was NO need to act that way. Second delivery is just a disappointment. Was charged nearly $60 for a limp array that would have been less than $10 at Trader Joe's or even New Seasons. I hope to never have to deal with this florist again.
