We were looking for a dependable contractor who did quality work. Mr. Q came to our house and we discussed a possible ADU addition. Mr. Q suggested that maybe and ADU was not the way to go and suggested adding to our existing home. He said that the price would be very affordable and we discussed the estimate. Mr. Q took care of the plans and permits, demolition, framing, dry wall, electrical, plumbing, painting, roofing, gutters, AC split units, cement, solar, and even welded an awesome metal gate. We were living in the existing home while construction was going on. We got to know all his workers, and they became like our family. They always showed us what they did before moving on to the next section. Mr. Q is also hands on and always answered his phone when I had a question and always kept me up to date as far as any issues that came up. We are very happy with their quality work, and dependability. Our project was completed way before the end date and were pleased with the results. We would definitely recommend Maika’i Construction to anyone looking to do any type of work. They are the best!!

It's rare to find Construction company with integrity. They kept all the promises and follow up with all the punch list. We will definitely use them again.
