Maili Pasteles

Story

Maili Pasteles was founded 30 years ago in 1980 by Marilyn and Lawrence"Slide" Roane. Starting in a tiny mom and pop shop on the west side of oahu, Hawaii they began to cook and put together delicious homestyle puertorican recipes. Many of these recipes were passed down through the generations which give Maili Pasteles menu its signature traditional flavor. The word soon spread about the delicious variations of puertorican food being served. Family and friends began to flock to the little shop to catch a taste of this goodness... And oh my would they be coming back for more!
Over the years Maili Pasteles has expanded into the local markets here in Hawaii.They have even purchased a factory for food preparation because the demand for the one of a kind recipes has become so high.
