Where do I begin.....They had no one bussing tables, no one greeting you in the dining room for you to get a table, no one to tell you that the $10.95 special can only be ordered from the front counter, no one to finally tell you after 20 minutes of waiting, that there was a 60 minutes delay in getting food and then you go over the the pizza joint and the lady there has an attitude because of the rush of people wanting to eat now, oh did I say there was an hour wait as well if you wanted a special pizza other than cheese or pepperoni...oh did I also say that you could not use $20 food voucher from the $10.95 special at the pizza joint. On a holiday weekend the manager should have known this place was gonna be crazy and to staff accordingly, there were not enough workers there to handle the holiday crowd. THEY NEED TO EVALUATE THEIR MANAGEMENT THERE, IT'S IN NEED OF MAJOR HELP..

First time there recently and it is a great before or after the movies spot. Food menu has very limited healthier options at bowling alley. Bowling lane seating crowded, and random kids running everywhere. I would go back nonetheless, just with the proper expectations.

Clean Environment! Super Friendly and Helpful Staff!
We went for a work event and we had an amazing experience. The entire staff made us feel welcome and made sure we had a great time. The food was great, we had salad and pizza!!

Main Event is a lot of fun for all ages. They have bowling, arcade, laser tag, ropes course, billiards, shuffle board, food, drinks and probably more that I'm forgetting. Customer service is decent but not always the fastest. That being said I've only been to this location on nights with specials so they were very busy but from the looks of other reviews slow service seems to be common. If you walk in knowing service will be slow and accept that you will have fun!

Main event it's a fun place to gather for friendly and family activities. They even organize large events like parties or corporate events. They have an ample selection of fun activities including bowling, gravity ropes, laser tag, pool and an arcade gallery among others. Activities can be purchased individually or as a part of a larger package which adds more vale to the experience as many passes included daily unlimited use of the facilities. The location is well kept and the staff is friendly and attentive. However my experience with the service was rather slow. Our order took a long time to arrive and we had a few mistakes in them. Nonetheless they food was good and the prices were reasonable so all along it's a good experience with many choices to pick from.
