I run a commercial contractor with complicated insurance requirements. Joe has been nothing but helpful and creative when finding workable solutions for my company. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a small business insurance broker.

Upon moving from out of state, Main Line Risk Mgmt handily helped me with every aspect of finding and obtaining the insurance I needed when starting my new business.  Their office runs so efficiently and the help  and responsiveness is so timely that I couldn't be more satisfied with how the process has gone so far. *btw The online portal is such a handy way to collect, access and review documents on multiple policies. Very reassuring being able to have that info at the ready when needed rather than in a dusty folder somewhere in a closet, I really like that feature.

I was recommended this company and Joe from my mortgage lender. Joe  offered incredible service. I talked to Joe around 2:00 PM and had a quote by the end of the day with prices other companies did not even attempt to beat. Highly recommend Joe and Main Line Risk Management!!

I worked with Joe Platyan to purchase a home/auto umbrella and life insurance for myself and my husband. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He always got back to me within a day of my emails, but almost always right away. He was very patient with my many, many questions and always had an answer. The coverage that we are receiving for home and auto is AMAZING. Comparable to our previous insurer Progressive and at a much better price. I would be happy to recommend Erie to anyone in the coverage area. They are fabulous!

So I worked with Joe for my home/car insurance combo. He was very quick with his responses via email and worked around my schedule to speak over the phone. With me being a first time homeowner, he was able to explain the coverages in more detail for me but at the same time made it super easy to understand. Oh and duh can’t forget the combo I got with Joe is 300 dollars less a year than the quote with the company I was already with for car insurance and I got more coverage.
