Everytime I take my clothes to their business I can never get a clear answer on when they will be done. They do a good job, just with no time frame. Very unprofessionally answering the phone is super annoying too.
Shrunk my dress..... spots all over the material. Clearly don't know how to take care of different types of fabrics.
Left cushion covers with them they estimated a week when asked if I could have it rushed they said they could have done by Thursday but are closed all day Thursday.
