Great small theater. 3 screens. First run movies. Beer and wine at the snack bar. Rewards program. Plenty of parking.

Small but clean and reminds me of home in a way. Very busy at releases, so I recommend coming about a week after a movie comes out.

Great place to catch a movie and a beer after hitting the slopes or having a lazy day with friends and family. There's some good crested butte beer on tap and other goodies for some movie time chilling.

Really terrible establishment. Quite run down, dirty bathroom, oversalted popcorn and a very very slow ticket and concession line. I once saw a family in the row behind me get chastised very loudly in a crowded showing for sneaking in a bottle of Coke Zero, and threatened with ejection from the movie.
On top of all that, this theater has quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Granted CB is a small town and quality customer service is available at a select few locations, I expected some semblance of humanity as I attempted to see Black Panther 1:15 showing on 2/19/2018. Instead the management used unintelligible small town logic to deny me entry into the showing that my 3 friends who purchased tickets and concessions were already inside of.
This theater participates in MoviePass which is a monthly subscription service that allows 1 movie per day. The theater can elect to not participate, which many do. This theater is advertised to accept MoviePass, and therefore when I reached the front of the 20 minute line with my friends, I requested multiple tickets and handed the clerk my card. She ran the card and got back a message "approved for $10.50" and there was a remaining balance due, as expected. Instead of telling me the remaining balance, she tried it again, thinking the card could be swiped twice which is not the case and got back a message "card declined". She looked at me blankly and stated "it's not working". A short back and forth was all I needed with her to feel I was not getting the level of service that I should be and so I flagged down the manager standing behind her completely within earshot who was trying to appear as if he was not aware of the escalating dispute 3 feet from him. The clerk showed him that running the MoviePass card was giving her a declined message and he had no idea what MoviePass even was or that the theater was a participant. I gave him a quick crash course of how it works and explained to him that it was already swiped as one ticket and that I should be all set. However he launched into a truly pathetic diatribe about how he can't pay for his electric bill and his employees salary if he let's people in for free. Was this man the owner? He told me that it was MoviePass fault and that I should call them or cough up the $10.50. I calmly explained to him that the moviepass worked as expected, I was not willing to be cheated out of money, my 3 friends just spent plenty of money on their tickets and concessions and the theater was far from full. Expecting logic to prevail was a frustrated effort as the small man would not back down. This theater is not worth going to less you be treated as I or the poor folks in the row behind me.
