This guy on the pictures to the right in the main page, came to our home to service our GE top load washer that’s covered under Lowe’s warranty. The machine was working but randomly would leak water into the drum between uses so we wanted it checked out. He changed the valve without asking questions or telling us anything until he had it already taken apart and worse- he DIDNT STAY to make sure the machine worked. ONE minute after he left, the machine screen said H2O Supply error. I called him and he no longer answered, texted and no answer either even though he used text messages to contact me prior to coming and the texts said READ so I know he was blowing me off!! I asked him to atleast troubleshoot over the phone to save him a trip, still no response. I emailed and still nothing!! I tried to troubleshoot a few times on my own and to no success. Of course he won’t answer, THEY GET PAID EACH TIME THEY GET CALLED OUT. He left us without a machine over a weekend knowing we have a small baby, 2 teens and lots of laundry to wash. Horrible customer service and work!! No worries though, I called Lowe’s and made a complaint and scheduled service with a new provider. Save yourself the issues and waste of time if you come across this company with Lowe’s Warranty.
Poor customer service experience along with poor communication. I was told by service man he would call me back after speaking with warranty service provider but never received the call. However, they did call the extended warranty service provider and whatever during the call had warranty service provider send me a notification that my appliance was not under warranty which is incorrect since the warranty provider contines to send incompetent service companies. I've had at least 3-4 companies come out and I still have appliances that are not working going on a one and a half month.
I have a rental in Spring, Tx and the refrigerator stopped cooling. I called and spoke to Byron their LG appliance specialist and he was able to get to my property same day. As the fridge was not cooling I assumed it was a compressor problem including parts and labor a $500-$600 repair and would have been none the wiser had they charged me for a new one. But it turns out it was just a faulty door closure that caused ice build up. Byron removed the ice and cleaned the condenser coils. The charge was very reasonable, less than $130. Also as a point of comparison I called another place before and they wanted me to pay $108 up front just to come out. And any parts / labor if I decide to fix the fridge is in addition to the $108 you have to pay up front. I appreciate the honesty and thanks for the good service. Regards, Michael
