First time in this place. Kids had a blast for 4 hours nonstop with lots for them to do. Price was very reasonable at $25- the food and beverages were affordable as well. The best part however, was the staff. Every single one of the was friendly, courteous and professional. You could tell they enjoyed what they did. Will definitely be back- and highly recommended.
We took our kids to Rex Center to have some fun this summer before school starts. We felt like it was a pretty good deal, it was $20 per person for 4 hours when you buy the family pass. The family pass includes mini golf, go-karts, laser tag and the rock climbing walls. At first I was unsure we could fill up the 4 hours with those things, but it was easily done! Just be sure everyone is wearing closed toed shoes or you can't participate in any activity. The extra activities extra charge are axe throwing and mega pong. They also serve food, but we made sure to eat lunch prior to going then just had an order of fries to snack on between all of us to tie us over until dinner. Overall, definitely a fun place to take the kids for an afternoon of fun!
We came with the Pogo Pass and got to do the miniature golf! It was so fun! They really packed the holes in the space but it was fun and we got to meet some great people. We also had lunch which was so good and all the employees were so nice! We definitely will be back!
Great place for indoor fun for the family. Staff friendly and supportive. Facilities areas were well kept. The miniature golf course is Dinosaur theme which had some easy and difficult holes. The black light effect was super cool and I believe contributed to the level of difficulty. They have many rock climbing walls for all levels. Go Cart course had a hill and 4 turns. There is a height requirement so both kids had to ride with an adult. We did the half day pass which I felt worked best for us.
5 stars, we did mini golf one of the best courses I’ve ever played despite being a bit worn go carts they are electric not gas but still fun laser tag my first gun had an issue and had no laser sight which made it difficult to play, but second round no issues and wall rock climbing tried 3 different walls and liked 2 of the 3. For the price we paid it was several hours of great fun and I would definitely recommend.
We did this because we had a Pogo Pass and I've never heard of it but man, the golf was so fun! All Dino themed and neon. The 18 holes were all fun and creative. It took about an hour with 6 people and getting through them all. I would definitely do this again. They had hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes for all the equipment. There was axe throwing, rock climbing and go karts as well.
Fun place. Miniature golf, rock climbing, go karts, and a couple of other games. Cool place. They offer some nice packages that include All you can play for a set price. Each attraction can be bought separately also.
I give this place a 1 just for the sake up our two boys being able to enjoy mini golf. We visited this place on a Friday about 3.5 hours before they closed. We purchased the family pack which we thought was a steal however it really wasn't. $80 for my boys just to only be able to play mini golf and climb a few walls. We stood in line for almost 40 minutes just for the staff to tell us, we have to take a break for the carts to charge, which is understandable but other than a dinky sign sitting at the front entrance, that wasn't noticed until after we left to get out of line, there was no reminder until it was almost our turn and they told us they're taking a break. We got out of line because the boys only had an hour left before they closed and wanted to wall climb. We get to the wall climb, there was one person helping with harnesses being out in and working laser tag at the same time. There was a super nice lady who was in the wall climb helping the kids switch between walls, when maybe 15 minutes in, after the kid who was helping with the harnesses and doing laser tag just left, she was the only one working now at this point, and was approached by her co-worker and was told she needed to go on break and for future references she needed to do whatever couldn't catch the whole thing but it was definitely not something they should have been discussions while strapping my kid to the harness when they were about to wall climb she then a hooks up my kid and then walks away, for almost about a good 6-10 minutes there was no one there. When the boys were ready to switch walls, we didn't have anyone for a good 15 minutes to switch them. I checked in at the front because i notice right before walking over there, there was three of them standing around doing nothing. Once i got to the front, i was told, they were short staff because of a miscommunication and staff was leaving work without telling anyone. Great, i get it, however, where is the staff of someone on the wall climb hot hurt or god forbid something horrible would have happened. Unless they get better, have better communication, or are better staffed, i wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this place unless you enjoy playing $80 for your family pack and only being able to do a few things. I voiced this same opinion to the company in an email but yet to get any response or acknowledgments that the received my email.
Best time! My daughter recently celebrated her birthday at Rex Center and all of our families and friends really enjoyed this dinosaur exhibit and family-friendly entertainment center! We created memories by taking lots of pictures. There are so many good reasons. They were playing Christmas music the whole time we were there and this made us play Mega Pong so enjoyable! The friendly staff especially Emily and Victoria were very accommodating and receptive and they made sure our food were ready in time for the party. They handed out the wristbands as our guests arrived. Their laser tag and rock climbing were exciting! Our 2-year-old nephew enjoyed seeing and naming the dinosaurs as we strolled along the mini golf course. Living in Las Vegas for decades, having a nice, cool indoor tracks compared to the outdoor tracks are perfect place to bring friends and families in for great fun without cancelled go-kart racing due to outdoor rain or extreme weather. Everyone had a memorable night and we plan on celebrating another birthday party here at Rex Center!
Great budget entertainment option. $80 gets 4 people 4hrs of unlimited play or $25 per person for 4 hours. There are also other options for individuals, different group sizes, all day or limited features. The unlimited passes include electric go carts, miniature golf, laser tag, and the climbing walls. My boys 5 & 15 loved it, especially the go carts and laser tag. I had to drive my 5 year old and had a blast as well. We were there on a Thursday afternoon the week before Christmas and it wasn’t excessively busy. Things to know before you go: - The climbing walls are limited to kids over 40 lbs and adults not sure of the top weight restriction, but I’m sure there is one for safety - The go carts are electric plenty fast enough for the tight track ‘if/when’ the employees have the power turned up - The go carts are not suitable for small kids to drive, but they can ride with and adult. Bigger kids that can’t safely handle the carts will also be restricted. - Bumping and/or crashing carts can get you restricted from them - The miniature golf course is very tightly crammed, they somehow managed to fit 18 holes in the small space. - The go carts don’t start until 2 at least on the Thursday we were there and they shut the track down for 30 minutes every 90 minutes -They do have a limited menu including pizza we didn’t eat here.
