Nearly impossible to create appointments by phone. Numbers are either disconnected or redirect you to the main menu.
Impossible to make an appointment, the staff is extremely rude and will hang up the phone out of no where. Don’t expect help from them.
Requiring PT gear for an initial consultation on a shoulder injury is absurd. The appointment was scheduled out longer than a month and when I forgot to bring PT gear I was forced to be paraded around in patient shorts and my boots all for a shoulder. It’s not a professional way to conduct business and was embarrassing.
The don’t open until 0745 and no sick call or walk ins at this site. You’ll be referred to either Tripler or Scholdfield.
Me and my daughter always have a great experience, ever since she was was born we had no problems after getting her shots. I haven't had any problems rafter getting mine either. Her 9 month appointment is tomorrow and I'm worry free.
Military based clinic providing basic services. Must have ID. Do not have to make an appointment for immunization. Long wait for pharmacy.
Excellent team. All were friendly and competent from the appointment line, to the assistant and provider.
