MakeOffices at Clarendon

I have rented an office at the MakeOffices Clarendon since late March, and I could not be more pleased. The office space is QUIETas confirmed by colleagues who rent much noisier space with other providers!, CLEAN, and totally conducive for high productivity. There's free coffee, filtered water, and a full kitchen for your meals... Did I mention beer? The team here in Clarendon are the BEST! Nanette, Michael, and Nina are helpful, professional, courteous, committed to clients, and NICE! Thanks to the team for making my MakeOffices experience the best.

Nanette Bass and Mike Girdy are awesome! MAKE Offices is an amazing value for the money. You don't have to pay massive hidden costs up front eg., security doors, water sensors, running wiring/cabling in the walls like you do when you sign a long term lease. The month to month contract provides amazing flexibility. It's also a great networking opportunity and many times you pay for your rent through the relationships you make at the office. Cool/fun atmosphere makes it so you want to come into work. If you haven't been, come see the Clarendon office...amazing location on the metro and cool things to do everywhere.

MakeOffices Clarendon is a great place to work! Very convenient location, friendly staff, quiet workspace and plenty of breakout areas. It's the perfect place for a startup or small business to get serious work done.

we serve some offices here with the computer issues and technology, first day we was here..... it looks like a big office, with .... no body in the front desk and very secure glass door, people walking but no body interest on the door ;- so after we call the client, the client was at the door, mmm just look around and do your job,,,,, 30 minutes later we have to ask what the company does here, there is no company, every office you see here is a company, we rent one space and we do business like me ..... that was the most amazing information and a explosion on the brain after we get out ... we realize that is a very good idea to have a 1 office company ha ha ha if you want to fit a company on a 5x6 feet office you have to look here then call us for service :-

Great staff and the offices are located right next to the metro. Be careful as visitors can not access the elevators early in the morning or later in the evening

Great space, good internet, great place to collaborate. Coffee, fast wifi and filtered water 24x7. What more do you need?

Has a taste of creativity similar to Google offices for startups.

Nice enough but hard to get conference rooms.

Great to place to come to work every day.
