For starters....everything is overpriced...you can go across the street to jimmy jazz, s&d underground etc and get same pair of shoes 20+ less. With that being said, once you pick up a shoe and walk away, the sales person keeps lowering price trying to get you to buy, when that "deal" price they trying to give you should be listed to begin with. Unfair practice. And I would never buy uggs.pradas, etc from there...highly doubt they official. I have friends who brought jordans. new balanaces etc, and over time shoe literally fell apart...poor quality

Their customer service is amazing every time I go there I'm able to bargain with them they are not strict with their prices which is great
