The Service Manager, Brian and his team, are awesome Customer Service Reps getting you in and out when servicing your vehicle. The team at Mall Chevrolet works to meet their customer's needs in a polite, respectable, courteous, and dignified manner. The laid back professional atmosphere makes for a smooth relaxing sales and service experience. Lastly, the product line is awesome! Joe was my salesman and he let me browse at my own pace. When I found the car I was interested in purchasing he gave me an offer lower than I was even anticipating. Since the purchase he has been responsive to all of my phone calls and questions as well. Tina and Vince were also very friendly and helpful in the dealership during my time there.

Awesome Deal On My Brand New Fully Loaded 4×4 2018 Premier LTZ Chevrolet Suburban With Only 17 Miles On It!!! My Kids Love The Fact That There Are TV Screens For Every Seat In The Truck, Even In The Third Row. Third Row Even Has It's Own Adjustable Seats And Headrests. TRULY AMAZING MACHINE. Thanks Guys.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The process was not nearly as long as I expected. Dan Reilly made things super easy. They were able to accommodate me with what little I had to put down and gave me more than I expected for my trade in. I was able to get a great new car, instead of a used one I came in for.
