Airman who were working on Jul 18th were very professional and respectful.
I would give less than a star if possible. Waited outside for over an hour in the parking lot at 30 degrees with only 2 others in the parking lot to get a visitor pass. I have been to bases all over the world and have never experienced this getting a visitor pass.
You have to make an appointment to get a pass. This is absolutely ridiculous! I was turned away when no one was even in there and a girl had her feet on the desk with her phone in her hand! They are not busy at all and we have to wait anywhere from 10 mins to hours. Totally ridiculous!
Horrible service. False promises. Zero communication. Waited over an hour for a visitor pass when we were already in the system.
As good as it gets, I've been to a dozen ones throughout the west.
Unprofessional and lazy. Had surgery, could not get on base due to not being able to drive.
Hours are horrible considering the gate refuses to write a visitor’s pass when the Visitor Center is closed.
Rob was very knowledgeable and answered all questions fully.
Just like the others said, still closed and unprofessional
