Why does the custard start melting before you turn away from the window? I have never had custard melt on me so fast!! It's crazy! Make the custard machine's temperature lower to make the custard a little more stable. I have gone there often hoping that this would change but I'm done.

Never will go to Rita's again. Since we've discovered Mama Maria's, it's been our go-to for italian ice. The flavors are GREAT, prices are cheap and you can taste the fresh fruit. Highly recommend!

My three kids tried four different flavors of Italian ice and no one liked any. So we all order custard, the lady couldn’t even get the orders right. There is a $0.50 processing fee if you use your credit card. I’m fine with that because they were upfront with it. I doubt I will return.
