The A/C pipe burst from the direct upper neighbor caused disaster from there through my unit, affecting total 15 floors. The Mammoth staffs provided fans, dehydrating system to my unit, one staff took long time to remove moisture from carpet manually with patience. They explained the procedure, possible demolish, what to expect on that day. Thanks to the effective measure they took, my unit did not require demolishing process. The staffs communicated right away through text to report updates while I was at work, they arrived as promised, they used polite language with courtesy and respecting manners. One staff last text read, "Hopefully we never see each other again. Take care." Last year, I had a different restoration company whose staff did not explain enough, did not return my calls, and demolish maximum, and left. They gave the impression as honest, hard working, prompt, responsible and reliable team.
I had some water damage as a result from a leaking sewage pipe in my wall. They were able to deploy a team to inspect/quote very quickly. Daniel came to the home and worked quickly to make a quote so that we could start the remediation process. His team then began work quickly, with expertise and skill, and mindfulness of our home. He also worked with us knowing we had a limited budget with no insurance to claim, was able to mitigate with less time and resources. Of which we are extremely grateful. He and Mammoth were easy to coordinate with and I would absolutely recommend them to others with water remediation needs.
Had considerable water in my basement from a hot water heater leak. Once repaired I called Mammoth and they were at my door within an hour. They made the clean up easy and of course had all the right equipment to get us back to normal with 48 hours. Nice crews to work with and very responsive in our time of need. 5 Stars for sure !
Mammoth Restoration has done terrific work restoring my home to pre claim condition. My techs have been very considerate of my feelings throughout the entire time they have been working in my house. I never felt like there were strangers in my home, more like friends helping me out. Thanks everyone! You have made a very unhappy time better!
