The falafel is always SPOT ON tasty, flavorful and juicy but not soggy. I always take a side of hot sauce adds a kick to the taste. Paired with lentil soup + in-house croutons and don't forget the most delicious fries -- I have ever tried. FRIES made to perfection, not oil dripping, not dry, not hearty, not hollow, not thick, not thin - JUST PERFECT. - thank you! Tried their mint lemonade, it is good but would prefer home made one. They have a variety of deserts all containing nuts as in photo. Staff is pleasant, and quick. If there's a line it goes fast, turn around for orders during lunch is about 10 minutes, of course depends on what you order and how long the line. Can always order online for pick-up. Mamoun's been around since 1971 with the same recipe, they are doing something right! Vegetarian options: Falafel is also plant-base and vegan Kid-friendliness: high chair Parking: street parking always find a spot Wheelchair accessibility: street level entrance, in doors and outdoor seating has no stairs
The first time I had the falafel sandwich was at West village and it was delicious! I went to the East village location since it was nearby. However, the balance of the sandwich was off. There were a lot of vegetables and I wasn't able to taste the falafel. Next time, I would just get the falafel balls instead they are delicious! or the platter.
The best falafel in NYC for sure! طعمية ١٠٠٪ The chicken kabobs was tinder and we'll seasoned. We strongly suggest the salad instead of the rice, it's well seasoned and very tasty

so delicious!! i got the classic sandwich, which is vegan with falafel, hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and tahineh sauce. while it looked small, it was very filling! staff was also super nice.Recommended dishesSandwich, Falafel Pita, St Marks
Mamoun’s Falafel has a really good falafel sandwich that costs a very reasonable $6. The value for something this tasty is hard to beat.
Spent my whole plane ride deciding what my first dinner in NYC would be… I don’t regret having Mamoun’s ! My falafel plate was very good. The rice was delicious and flavorful.
Amazing falafel at a good price, and the shawarma is delicious. Mango juice and spiced tea were also good, and the food came out super fast.
This location currently doesn’t have indoor seating which was disappointing when I visited since it was cold and windy outside. My hands were freezing up as I was eating the falafel sandwich that I got. I went on a weekday at noon and it wasn’t busy. We ordered right away and got our food within a few minutes. The falafel sandwich was yummy, smothered in sauce and the falafels were very tasty! Come Again? Yes, if the weather is warmer, I'd come here for a quick and cheap bite this is a nice place. The food was yummy but nothing mind blowingly good.
Came here for the first time after seeing it on food insider's video. Falafel was great. Mint lemonade was delicious. The pita was kinda dry. Not warm and chewy like naf naf grill but I still enjoyed it! There are a few seats inside and some seating outside.
