The facility is nice and large with ample sized class rooms. The kitchen areas are well stocked and restrooms are very clean. The employees at the front desk are polite and helpful and the instructor for my class Mr. Goodwin was awesome.
Hit or miss here. Some professors will just read the training manual and add not valuable content. Others, are excellent and don't read the manuals and provide awesome valuable concepts and have good control of classes. One problem, I see if that having so many different agencies the classes are not tailor to your jobs but to the general concept. And if you are in construction forget it, the only talk about construction contract as a side note. We do not all buy tanks, airplanes, or dog food. I wish there was more competition for these classes so the quality, variety, schedule could increased.
Great place for training but the classroom is a bit small but what can you expect in dc. I love that they provide coffee and beverages for free along with pastries, fruits and granola bars every morning! Will take couple of other courses here for sure!
I’ve had to take a number of classes given by Management Concepts for my job with a federal agency and they are ALL horrible. The teachers are terrible; they have no idea what our agency does - we spend the entire time explaining our job, which they never seem to understand; and all the classes are geared towards idiots. I cannot believe the government PAYS these people and from my understanding, a lot to teach these. What a waste of resources and time. Someone must be getting a kickback. They’re absolutely useless.
Training class cancelled and I did not receive the cancelation email. I showed up for class, missing one work day, I had to pay $15 for the PMI valet parking and the parking attendant damaged my car. So, overall, a very bad experience.
I love free things so the free pastries and beverages were a great addition to the long class days. It's close to restaurants and the food court. I'll be back soon I'm sure.
Great place to learn difficult subjects. The CGFM was very difficult and the classes helped a lot. Mitch is a great teacher.
been here 3x..this is where you take Govt courses....it's a great location, close to starbucks and food court...probably be back for another 20 times before my career is over.
Nice training facility. Good courses. Hotels and good quick eats close by too!
