Dr. Manana Petrov is an excellent doctor who cares for her patients with love, compassion, and care. She spends a good amount of time with each patient, and ensures there's quality in the care she provides every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Manana Petrov and per medical practice!

I love u guys, but yal have to do smthg abt the phones!!! I've been trying to reschedule an appt frm last month!! When I get thru to PT I get transferred back to a number no1 answers. I'm not driving all the way to your office just to schedule an appt. Fix the phone situation.....smh!!

I have to agree with the 1 and 2 stars reviews. I’ve been trying to reach someone at this office for the past two weeks and when I finally got someone, they didn’t even ask me what I needed. Instead, they were stuck on the fact that I didn’t address them correctly didn’t call the doctor, doctor. We spent the entire call on this topic. Note: the call back was actually from “Dr Manana Petrov”.

Worst patients in all of Brooklyn. Dr. Petrov is wonderful. Her staff is overwhelmed with the rude patients. One woman screaming at the staff because she forgot to sign in. Horrible class of patients. Lowest of the low. Dr. Petrov and staff 5 stars. Patients 1 star. Try and ignore patients to get to Doctor. Worth it.

This is honestly the worste doctors office that I have been to, WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Everyone in the office moves so slow and no one ever answers the phone. I have literally been caling the office for 3 days straight trying to make an appointment to see doctor lourdie and up until now no one has answered the phone or returned any of my calls.

Rude, Inappropriate, unprofessional, Disrespectful, argumentative, disorganized, non-communicative. These are words that describe the staff at this doctor's office. I've been going to this location for about 3 years, and I'm done. In all of the times I've been there I have NEVER met the doctor once. I've been serviced by the nurse's assistants, and the Nurse Practicioner. I have taken phlebotomy classes myself and know how to draw blood, the assistants who have taken my blood have not been paying attention to what they're doing which shows poor training. I've called to request for information regarding perscriptions. The secretaries said they'd deliver my message to the doctore. Not only was I not called back, they made appointments for me WITHOUT TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO COME IN, OR EVEN CALLING ME PERSONALLY TO COMMUNICATE. When I've scheduled appointments, they've never been ready. The assistants have called me in crowded hallways, kept me waiting for extravagent amounts of time without telling me what to do, what I'm waiting for, etc. I called to ask for my blood work results, as the Nurse practicioner said to me that I could call and get the results. I called, then the assistants and MANAGER said they couldn't give it to me over the phone. FALSE, the DOCTOR can, but they didn't say that, they said that I'd need to come in. When I said that I wanted to speak with the doctor they argued back at me in a condasending tone rather than lisented to the complaint and demonstrated a plan of action that they'd take to better their service. They're really rather aruge with you rather than improve the quality of their service. This is a REGULAR experience at this location. It is completely unacceptable. If you want to avoid long waits with aimless communication, take your money elsewhere. They need to reevaulate the quality of their service.

Extremely slow and overcrowded, they just try and pack in as manny people as possible. For example, their 12’x12’ waiting room has 14 chairs but 25 patients where crammed in there waiting to see the doctor. But there wasn’t even a doctor it was just 2 nurse practitioners. They say they take appointments but even if you have one you still have to wait at least an hour or more for them to get through all the walk ins. You pretty much have to argue with the receptionist to get seen otherwise you will just sit there literally all day.

Worst hospital ever, they never pick up the phone. They don't send prescription on time, when they actually du they send the wrong medication. And it's always a long wait.

They have multiple specialists and are very professional here and have a great staff plus they are conveniently located by public transportation at Parkside on the Q and the B12 bus.

NP Lourdie is great but this office is a mess. I had an 11:15AM apt and as advised I came 30 minutes before my appointment time. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour and fifteen minutes which is honestly ridiculous. If you have a job and are scheduling an appointment before work, I wouldn’t recommend this office.
