Mandarin Buffet

I love this place. Although it’s small the food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Remember to bring cash because I feel like their card machine is down a lot.

The stir-fried chicken with onion, the grilled beef, and the fried whitefish were good. The other dishes with meat were over seasoned. I visited a few buffet places in Revere and Medford. This was the first place offering chicken wrapped with bacon. They seemed not to offer sushi with fish on lunch. There were mostly veggie California sushi rolls when I visited.

The food there wasn’t great at all. Service wasn’t great as well. My friend asked for a cup of water because she was thirsty and one the of the worker didn’t even give it to her, instead, handed us the receipt. So without a word, we paid. We got up to leave, then the worker, had the audacity to demand for a tip, so we gave her $10. They literally rushed us. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend this place. (The pineapples are quite sweet so that was the one star..)

It was decent at most. A typical Chinese buffet, nothing more. The sushi was not appetizing at all. Everything was minced, which looks disgusting in my opinion. The last thing everything fried tasted the same. I didn't mean to be negative but I need to say it how it is. It's a decent place. If you live in the area, yeah why not. But not worth driving through Boston for.

It's a good back-up to Flaming Grill if you just want the Chinese food and seafood. The price tho could be a couple dollars less.....
