Mandel Vision

I am so happy with my Lasik surgery. Dr Mandel and his staff were exceptional. Dr Mandel was so patient and thorough during the consult. He really spent time explaining the procedure, helping us to understand which procedure he thought was best for me and answered all of our questions which really helped to calm my nerves. Missy was wonderful during the consult and as my main contact person through out. Kim was so knowledgeable and really prepared me with a step by step the day of the surgery. I really appreciated that. Dr Mandel not only is very skilled and seasoned, he was so lovely, knowledgeable and supportive the whole time. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Mandel and his staff are awesome! Dr. Mandel has been excellent explaining the procedure and expectations. The recovery was quick. The day after my LASIK, I don’t have any discomfort and my vision is better than 20/20. I am so happy with my new vision.

Dr. Mandel and his staff were incredible from the first consultation all the way through post procedure follow ups. I consulted with three other doctors prior to choosing Mandel vision and the reason I chose them was because they conducted the most thorough evaluation, Dr. Mandel spent a good amount of time with me some other doctors won’t meet with you until the day of the procedure and they set realistic expectations, never over-promising anything. I’m so thankful for their treatment and care and couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision is better than it was with contacts/glasses, two things I no longer need.

My experience with Dr. Mandel and his whole office was stellar from start to finish. I had wanted to get Lasik for years but was very scared of the procedure. From the extremely thorough consult, through the procedure day, and into checkups after, every interaction I had with Dr. Mandel's office put me at ease. All questions were answered right away and they went above and beyond to help me out with logistics. I am SO happy with the results. I can open my eyes in the morning and see clearly, after 30 years of not being able to! I so happy to have finally done this, and especially with Dr. Mandel and his team.

From the initial consultation, I felt this group more than others I consulted with gave the most thorough explanation, examination, and breakdown of what would be happening, changes after, and answered all questions in detail. Missy, in particular, was always very responsive when I had questions and when I had to move my surgery a few times. The day of went really smoothly, with everyone being so friendly and adaptive to applying my new VSP program last minute, running through the operation procedures, and keeping me calm during the 8 min surgery. I felt really comfortable during the whole time, and Dr. Mandel and team also spent time reassuring my mother who was also waiting with me. Dr. Mandel is truly the best Eye surgeon. I did PRK and I am elated with the process and the results. I got an immediate consult, with a comprehensive/thorough evaluation, and was able to schedule the surgery quickly. He answered my long list of questions and made sure I was completely informed going into the procedure. The procedure was quick and the recovery time was short. He even gives you a courtesy call when you get home from your surgery to make sure you are ok. His team is also amazing throughout the whole process. Missy is there to answer all of your questions and prep you. I have been dependent on glasses and contacts since I was 7 years old. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t need them to function. Dr. Mandel changed my life and made the decision so easy when I knew I was in an experts hands. I have 20/15 vision now, more than I ever had with glasses!

I had my Lasik performed by Dr Mandel back in May of 2014, and had a great experience. I was also seeing Dr Mandel for all my regular clinic and Opthalmology annual visits, but unfortunately he stopped this part of his practice during covid. I did feel a bit rushed by one of his head nurses can't remember her name during the initial consultation, but everything else went very smoothly and Dr Mandel always took his time to explain everything, even during the regular check up visits, so I would recommend.

I have nothing but great words for Dr. Mandel and his team. They always treat me wonderfully, and have restored my vision in a matter of minutes. I had PRK done and went from -3.75 on both eyes to perfect 20/15 vision as of today. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Mandel.
