I spoke to one of the cashiers about veterans discounts. She said if the military ID card is expired, they don’t give the discount to them. But what’s crazy is that the ID is all they need in order to see that the person has prior served or was a military dependent. It’s always issues about them giving military discounts when the veteran discount don’t ever end. It’s a big respect thing that you should show to military personnel with a Military ID card expired or not! They have to do better with us. My ID was not expired I just find it weird to deny somebody their veterans discount…do better !

I bought a bundles and they are having a deal buy 2 get 1 free when I got there all the employees are nice and they don’t follow you around the store. They have a good quality selection of bundles. I will be back make sure to stop by when you’re in Norfolk

This store is amazing!! 10/10 for customer service. If you need help just let them know and they are very knowledgeable about all the products that they have in the store. Will sure ba coming back here

They have everything that you’re looking for at a reasonable price. The customer service is top-tier. The owners are very approachable and knowledgeable about all the products in the store, and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’re gonna do their best to find it.

It has everything u need and more. It's clean and organized. They are nice and friendly and the employees are helpful. It's a little pricey, but it is worth it. Go to Manhattan for all ur beauty needs

The owners to this beauty supply store have the biggest hearts and really know their stuff when it comes to all things beauty. Manhattan is a one stop shop and they always have amazing deals.

Today I decided to take a chance with both visiting and purchasing items from this Norfolk Virginia East Little Creek Road location of Manhattan Beauty Supply. The employees I interacted with andor received help from were cordial. I had purchased some Diane brand 2 qyt 10 pack curl rollers, a Kalissa wigpop brand wig, a wig cap, some multiple hair headband accessories in blue red and black colors, Eco brand black castor & avocado oil hair gel, African Pride brand Moisture Miracle Rose Water & Argan Oil soft & smooth curl mousse 8.5 fl oz, Annie brand soft twist roller set at least 42 twist roller set pieces of approximately 7 inches long. The store had a top notch variety of hair products, hair wigs, clothes, jewelry and even a vast variety of hair relaxers of various company brands. Obviously, I am happy to have taken a chance with visiting here and I intend to keep a receptive mind to visiting again sometime in the near future.

The best hair store in the 757! They have a huge selection and they’re very helpful. They also do uber orders so you don’t even have to leave the house , super convenient!

I LOVE THEM! They always have everything!!! Like anything you can think of. And they even let you get it delivered! And the customer service is top tier!
