Needed to sell some gold and sterling jewelry, and visited Manhattan Buyers, based on their excellent reviews. The office space is lovely, the staff is very professional, and they made the experience quick, efficient, and painless. Albert was a pleasure to deal with, and offered me an extremely fair price for my items. The entire transaction took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Will definitely go to them again if I need to buy or sell precious metal.

I had a Rolex datejust 41mm which I purchased from the Rolex dealership. I wanted to sell it fast since I needed the initial investment for something else. I called a few companies from the moment I spoke to Margaret I felt this is a person I am willing to take a risk and ship the item to TRUST. She emailed a fedex label, I went straight to a fed ex location, took a free box provided by fed ex and discreetly packed the item nicely since it’s a Rolex no one has to know what is inside the box. Provided the label Margaret had sent to customer service , they print it , labeled the box and shipped it by 3:00 p.m at no cost to me. The next day I received a phone call around the same time when item arrived. Spoke to Albert straight forward guy no games , took his offer and completed the transaction. Everything went smooth, this is how good business is conducted. Thank you Margaret for your amazing customer service. By the way They offered a fair price some dealerships want items at a very low cost. They were fair. I hardly write on Google felt if anyone can relate to the situation it can help. Albert and the staff at Manhattan Buyers were professional and courteous every step of the way. I ended up selling one of my watches to Albert for a price that I was happy with. The transaction was extremely easy and I felt comfortable doing business here the minute I walked in. I would highly recommend this place if you need to sell or loan your watch. Amazing and extremely professional service. Receptionist was very welcoming and courteous. Had a Cartier I wasn’t extremely fond of after trying multiple times. Offer was accurate, fair, and Albert was transparent and knowledgeable. Will be back!

Albert worked with me was easy was beyond fair and reply’s back to you right away when you need to communicate.
