I had a fantastic experience with Manhattan Carpet and would highly recommend them. JR and David in the store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out product, having samples sent for consideration, and scheduling the installation. They were extremely responsive with any questions. Their installers were top notch and did a fantastic job. We had wall to wall carpeting installed in a master bedroom, as well as a large area rug for our living room and runner made. I also thought the price was very fair for what we were looking for.

I will definitely use their rug cleaning services again. They did such a good job on an old Persian rug I have. Everyone was such a delight and very patient. Nice experience.

went therefor linoleum for kitchen and a little piece for my bathroom, what wanted not available , price range a little too high was going to look in basement for something called about 4 or 5 times no return calls getting some business even ifis much less is better than none

Truly a gem. Large selection and great service. I needed a carpet to install on the floors of my very narrow walk in closet, and they were patient, listened to what I wanted and offered great options. Pricing was great. Saving this location for all my future carpet & flooring needs!

My family and I visited the store mid December to purchase carpet for the kiddies room. The sales associates couldn't have been more helpful. They took us around the store advising on suitable carpets for a kids room that would be prone to the occasional spill. The install team works for the store directly and is not soused out as so many services are these days. The arrived on time, cleaned as they went and left the room clean and tidy. With the little left over carpet - the store tuned these into floor mats and no extra charge. Unfortunately our apartment building does not allow for floor mats outside of our front doors. Not a problem for the store as they turned these into smaller mats that we use next to the kitchen sink. Over all - brilliant service and well worth a trip here if you are purchasing carpet and tile.

I purchased two different area rugs from this store. Two years apart because the first rug anytime there was a spill or dirt and I cleaned it with rug woolite cleaner or rubbed it the color came out. I loved the color of rug so reorder it and only used water to clean the second one because the owner stayed I couldn’t use any chemicals. The color still came out on second rug as well in six months. When I contacted the store the woman who answered the phone said it was my fault and she had a customer and didn’t have time to listen to me. I was actually calling to reorder another carpet. She also stated I should of read online about my carpet being sensitive to being cleaned. I’m completely shocked of the ugly way she handed my call. I can afford to order another rug but if you can’t I would not recommend this company. No details came with this rug that I shouldn’t use foam rug cleaners have used that product on other rugs for 10 years with no issues.

The place is actually good it's just if you want to design your whole floor in your house carpet can get very expensive but overall my experience was good because those guys were super helpful and cool.

they did a beautiful job installing flooring throughout my entire apt. and years later when i had a flood, they did a great job of putting in a totally different floor in the affected areas and made it all work beautifully together.

Shopping for laminate vinyl flooring. Excellent choices and good attentive service.
