Service was extremely disappointing. Staff canceled our reservation because we reciprocated the same attitude we were greeted with. Cortlan, night supervisor, lacks fundamental customer service skills. She couldn’t provide us with a business card to file a formal complaint.
This hotel is the only hotel that I love visiting because of the ambiance of the place. It is so very relaxing and it makes you feel like you are just at home. I highly recommend this place because this hotel takes your stress away! Plus their rates are so affordable!
Stayed here for the weekend with my husband. Great location and great price. Our room was a bit small but clean and quiet. I appreciated the Walgreens next door to buy necessities and all the famous landmarks within walking distance. I would stay again.
