I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. Eileen sold me my first car, I got a jeep compass and I'm in love. She got me a great deal and Rich helped work out everything with the insurance and made sure I got my car the same day with a big red bow on it. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.
Best car buying experience ever. Couldn't have sketched out a better experience. Worked with Roman. Wanted to buy a jeep and fell in love with one on the showroom floor. Spoke with Roman told him what I wanted to pay and terms I'd be comfortable with, discussed options. He called me 20mins after I left with everything worked out exceeding my expectations. With a very small window I went in and completed the application, approval process was very fast. He said he just goes with 1 lender so your information isn't scattered, he goes with the lender who tends to have the best terms. On delivery day I told him I had a1hr window from work, he said it would take 10mins. Again everything was good to go I was in and out in 30mins...20 of which was chit-chat. Couldn't be happier with my experience and 21 Wrangler.
Had a great experience at this dealership after a bad one in Queens. John is the best! He wasn’t pushy, listened to our needs and made sure we got the price we were looking for. We had our newborn with us and everyone was so supportive and kind. We left happy with our new Jeep Renegade.

I would be very happy to never visit that dealership again. The salesman was straight forward but that was a facade. The real scam was in the back room. The price I thought I was paying all of a sudden was more. He tried to sell me additional coverage and lied about the coverage that came with the car. Also I wound up paying a higher rate than I could get anywhere on line. I have excellent credit. Just a sleazy place, I had to take a shower when I got out of there. STAY AWAY
First of all, i clearly understand the way things are now, because of the pandemic changes... However, there are people who will help customers through this change. I was ever so fortunate to have a great man on my side; Mr. Jovany Reyes is outstanding. He was up front and honest throughout the entire purpose of my visit. Constant text messages and accepting mine during, what i believe were his off-duty hours. He handled my situation better than i expected, given this was my first encounter with him. This first impression made this review so easy to type, because i am being honest like he was with me. He should be a role model to others and noted for his work ethics.
I don't normally post reviews but I definitely had to take the time to do this one. We have a lease on a jeep compass from this dealer so when the car died completely I reached out to them and they said bring the car in to the service department. From the beginning they said it might take a while to get to it because it was a last minute visit and it was a Friday. I understood I had to wait at least 1 week. To my surprise the very next Monday at 3pm I got a call saying the car was ready. Needless to say I was very pleased with the quick turnaround. Every single time I call and even when I picked up the car every one was so helpful and friendly, including the person at the front desk in the dealership who gave me directions when I came to the dealership instead of the service location Thank you thank you. I would definitely recommend their services 1000%
I brought my car, 2015 Fiat 500 to your dealership for service last week, customer # 1396xx. The service adviser called me to inform me that the technician needed to perform a 4 hours tear-down $745 to diagnose the problem and I agreed to it. Later the adviser Frank informed me that I need a cylinder head replacement and will cost me $6400 for the service. A day later, I decided I would not perform the head replacement and wish to take the car to another shop for repair. I asked Frank what was going to happen if I would like to take it somewhere else and he told me the car will return to me in the condition I brought it in. Yesterday, I went to your dealership to pick up the car and paid the diagnostic fee. I drove it a few miles to another shop. When I opened the hoop, I was surprised to find out that the engine cover and airbox were missing. The screws holding one of the ignition coils were loosely attached and a few screws are missing, see photos below. This is not the condition I brought it to your dealership and the car is no condition to be driven. The least I can expect from your service adviser is to tell me I should not drive the car. I found this is very irresponsible on your part, and am very disappointed in your service. I attempted to write to the management by email but the email addresses posted on their website are invalid, very frustrated.
So talked to Francisco 2 days prior coming to the dealer and the day before making sure the car that we wanted was in-stock letting him know I was coming with all four kids and wife he said that yes the vehicle was there and had been there for 26 days already so I made the appointment for today and hauled the whole family there to come check out the car, mind you we live one hour and half from the dealer in long island when we get there the car magically sold over night. All I want to do is warn people that these people are not trust worthy and they just want to get you in the door to sell you another car.
Chrysler / Jeep of Manhattan is hands down the best Jeep dealership within the 5 boroughs! They make the scheduling process super easy, they work with your schedule & keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle & the service advisers are beyond helpful & friendly! For my latest service I was able to wait for my vehicle & my car was ready in under a few hours. I want to personally thank Manny for being amazing & if ever looking to schedule with Manhattan Jeep, don’t ever hesitate to request him
