Dr. Perl was wonderful. He took his time to listen my concerns, but what I was impressed was that he didn’t rush during my 1st visit. Almost every doctor nowadays they rush through their appointments, they are too busy checking off appointment sheets and not caring. But he took his time to explain and make sure we write things down, understand and ready to move on. He also mentioned that I’d have to maybe wait on my procedure day because he doesn’t want to rush. Totally understandable. The procedure was very smooth with no pain which was not what I expected so I can’t complain. Great doctor, very clean office.

The check in at Manhattan Specialty Care was efficient, smooth, and slick! There was very little wait time. Dr Mikhail was attentive, informative and comforting. I was in and out with a blood drawn, an initial prognosis, and a referral for the next step. I also appreciate that the two week follow up is over Zoom which works for my extremely busy schedule. Great modern service in a new and clean facility with a professional staff.

Top-notch facility. Well-organized and efficiently run with incredibly pleasant and professional staff. Dr. K. Lee and the rest of her colleagues that assisted with my care on the day my procedure answered all of my questions and put me completely at ease. Would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of outpatient endoscopy services. Perhaps the best interaction that I’ve ever had with the medical establishment.

Great experience from start to finish. Doctor Perl and his staff were friendly, welcoming and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Very clean, professional and attentive. I arrived late by 15 minutes first appointment and the doctor still made accommodations for me. Highly recommended.

Great listener and apologized for things out of his control such as delays in the appointment, me not finding him sooner and for my concerns. Clean office and nice staff. Dr. Yoon was very polite and listened intently. Most importantly, he didn't make me feel like he was rushing me out, which many other doctors tend to do. He was also able to get me scheduled for a follow-up procedure very quickly, which I really appreciated. Good experience all around!

I have been to many GI doctors over the years until I found Dr. Rao. He is very knowledgeable and smart yet a humble doctor who listened to me and addressed my concerns without dismissing them. Dr. Lauren Schwartz and the team are kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. Prior to the procedure, I told Dr. Schwartz that I was scared and she held my hand and told me not to worry and that they will take care of me, which gave me piece of mind. I would highly recommend anyone in need of gastroenterology services to come here. I would definitely come back here for future services.

Happy I was paired with Dr. Yakubov! He’s very attentive during visits and ascertains he investigates all issues properly. I would highly recommend him for a positive experience. He definitely doesn’t make you feel like you’re “just another patient” on his long list!

Went in to meet with Dr. Perl, he was great. Check-in and wait times were easy and reasonable, and speaking with the doctor about my concerns and how to move forward was really easy. I didn't feel rushed by him, he had a very empathetic and understanding ear and I felt in good hands the whole time.
