The place is clean. I got seated fast and the lady was nice. She massage my legs really good and my feet . After looking closely, the service needs improvement. No crowds! I stayed in the chair for about 20 minutes. Touched my toes and it was dry. When I got home the top two on each foot smeared. I also notice polish missing from my pinky toes. I was going to return for a massage but looking at the quality of work on my toes, I’ll take my money somewhere else. This was my first time here too.

They're decent. Sometimes, you feel a little rushed through, though. I like that they clip and file your nails before putting them in water. It shows someone paid attention in class. The guy there seems to be more thorough and takes his time more than the others. The massages during/after treatment are a nice touch.

My friend and I came here for her birthday nails 1/12/24 and two weeks after she had fungal infection.

The person that did my manicure was much too rough. They were rude the whole time, it felt very rushed and they only did one layer of gel so it’s much more sheer than I wanted. Everyone else is great I’ve been here a bunch of times but this was a really bad experience and I don’t think I’ll be going back

I came here last week to get a dip manicure on my natural nails, and from the get-go it was a terrible experience. The person doing my nails took an extremely long time taking off my previous dip manicure from another salon — didn't soak the nails long enough resulting in damaging my actual nail removing the polish. Didn't do the manicure properly and put a regular polish top coat instead of sealing it with a gel top coat; and to check if the manicure was dry, she tapped the wet nails with her fingers leaving a mark and did not try to fix it. A day later, the manicure chipped, and now exactly a week later almost every nail is cracked and chipped. I am a regular at the multiple nail salons in Mount Vernon, and can guarantee that those salons will be getting my business from now on and I will not be going back here.

My nail peeled after 9hours. Now, 4 days later they are all chipped! The person rushed and did a poor job! Stand by for part 2. I’m going tomorrow for repairs. Completely upset… on vacation and my nails looked horrible.Service: Gel manicures

Always such a great experience getting my nails done here. The manicurists are all very nice and do an amazing job. The gel manicure that lasts me almost 4 weeks and i do a lot of activities that are very rough on my nails. Very disappointed my husband and I got a luxury pedicure it was very rushed and they didn’t do a good job at all and they do part of the manicure while doing your pedicure which I agave Never seen that done before!! That manicure was so rushed my fingers were only in the bowl for 30 seconds and didn’t clip the dead skin from around my fingers and absolutely no hand message at all she left me multiple times going on to do something else won’t be going back it’s definitely not a personal experience!!

There’s a lot I could say but I’ll just say this lesson learned!!!! I will not be returning.. please hire technicians that can at least paint a nail properly and please discard old nail polish.. I saw the same guy that did my pedicure pour nail polish remover into a gel polish bottle and paint a little girl nails and they only apply one coat and charge you $10 for a second coat please beware..

My first time visiting the salon. Was hesitant bc of the reviews but needed my nails and feet done ASAP. Overall the level of service is very inconsistent from each nail tech. I was not handled with care. I felt rushed my entire service. Would not even allow nails to dry for full 60sec in between each coat of gel, hence why I have wrinkled polish. Will return to see another nail tech Peter, whom was giving the type of service/experience I’d expect from a nail salon at this price point.Service: Gel manicures
